Even Hotel Rockville - Washington DC Area, an IHG Hotel

My stay was made great by obmar or Omar great hospitality, helped me with parking and truly made me feel like a guest in his place. The beds are to die for!! The best sleep I've had in a while, felt like a cloud. They have a microwave in the lobby(because you cant get one in the room) for residents' convenience, though they get negative marks on their inspections from corporate for having it which is ridiculous but they keep there anyways which made me respect the management more.

I stayed here for 7 days,and was completely blown away by the customer service I received! Top notch! The rooms: The rooms are extremely clean, and come with a fitness mat,fitness bands and cleaner wipes. I loved that they also had IHG fitness channels you can follow while you workout in your own room. Breakfast: They have a menu for the breakfast that they will prepare for you. **Parking: parking is $18.00 per day, and is only on the 4th and 5th floors of the garage. You will also need a parking pass presented in your front windshield. Nearby attractions: At this location you're in walking distance to quite a few restaurants and stores. Also doordash does deliver here directly to your room as well. Recommend?: I would certainly recommend staying here! Between the price ,the customer service and the features of the room , hands down is an excellent stay for any occasion, or vacation!

The hotel is clean and average, but you cannot park in the parking lot, you have to park in their parking garage which is not attached to the hotel (you have to walk outside for quite a bit) and it costs money per night. We called ahead because we were moving into Rockville and needed 1 night in a hotel before we were able to move into our apartment down the road and we asked if they had a PARKING LOT (not garage, we specified that) we could keep our U-Haul in and gave the exact dimensions of the truck and the front desk person said yes everything should be good to go for our situation. We get to the hotel and find out quickly that that was not the case. The U-Haul would not fit into the parking garage and if we parked it out in the plaza parking lot, it would likely get towed (maybe even broken into, there were homeless people near the hotel). My only complaint about this hotel was calling ahead trying to prepare for the situation and being misled by an employee that wasn't really paying attention to what we were asking. The only reason we booked this hotel specifically was because they said there would be a parking lot out front, otherwise I just would've stayed at the Hilton nearby. We did not want a city type of hotel with a parking garage because we knew the U-Haul would be a problem. So basically we booked this one for no reason. Kept the U-Haul somewhere else safe for the night and that caused more issues in the morning. Other than that it is just a basic hotel.
